TickTick’s pitch is simple: give people almost everything Todoist charges for, plus a built-in calendar, habit tracker, and Pomodoro timer, at a lower price. We think the free tier alone is one of the most generous in the category, and the $35.99/year Premium plan is genuinely cheap for what it unlocks. It runs well on every major platform, which matters if your team or household mixes iOS, Android, and Windows. The tradeoff is that it can feel like a lot of features bolted together rather than one cohesive tool, and its natural-language input isn’t quite as sharp as Todoist’s.
