We think it genuinely delivers on that promise for people who live in their inbox all day — executives, salespeople, recruiters — where shaving minutes off every email adds up fast. It’s hard to justify the price for casual email users who check messages a few times a day rather than living there. There’s no free tier at all, and the jump from $30 to $40/month for Business features feels steep for what’s still fundamentally an email client.
