We’ve found teams that invest a week in setup get a genuinely powerful system that replaces three or four separate subscriptions. The AI features (Brain) are now bundled aggressively into pricing, which pads the bill even if you don’t use them. It’s best for teams willing to customize rather than teams wanting something that works well out of the box.
